Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Faulty Goods: You have the right to return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund.
Change of Mind: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
