We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required!
⏱️ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.
📦 Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 14-21 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier delays may affect actual delivery times.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country's customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear after shipment.
🏠 Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
📬 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at

14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, we require a 7-day waiting period before filing a claim.
